I joined THE BUYER’S AGENT in early 2005. As your Exclusive Buyer's Agent I specialize in representing YOU from the time we begin the search for your dream property, right on through to the Closing. This search will include the properties that meet your criteria listed on our Regional MLS and For Sale By Owner properties in the Greater Asheville area including the towns of Black Mountain, Brevard, Canton, Fletcher, Hendersonville, Mars Hill, Waynesville and Weaverville.
Since becoming an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent, I have earned various Realtor designations and certifications in an effort to ensure knowledgeable counseling about the local market coupled with professional transaction management for today’s buyers. My hands-on approach has enabled my clients to save over $900,000 through negotiations, incentives and discounts. My passion for customer service, inside the frame work of integrity, is illustrated by my business philosophy: “It is always right to do right.”
As a WNC resident for over 40 years, I am well acquainted with Greater Asheville and love to introduce clients to the many neighborhoods, mountains and coves this area has to offer. When not working, my husband and I enjoy camping, spending time in neighboring small towns and exploring the area's many scenic byways.
